Getting there around 12:00, people start arriving immediately,

set up laptop and online access to look up precincts.

Sign-in sheets on a single table, one pile per precinct, multiple sheets per precinct. People can start to sign in immediately.

Invite all campaign supporters to put up signs along the outside. Nothing on walls. Put signs up in the grass by the road, people are welcome to wave signs at traffic, "Make some noise!" We want to be visible to the people driving by.
