Davoud Salahi is the Iranian Ambassador to Spain. On April 13m 2007 he reiterated the claim that Iran has the "right" under the NPT to develop peaceful nuclear power. "Uranium enrichment is conducted in Iran just for peaceful objectives to generate electricity...As a signatory to the NPT, Iran has so far fulfilled all its commitments and duties.
