As it is used in the popular press in 2012, the term Chaotic Default is a bogey to be avoided at all costs but never properly defined. Perhaps it means that the international creditors of the Greek Government receive no further payments to service its unsustainable debts. Perhaps it means continuing to use the Euro while reintroducing the Drachma as a currency.
